I have carried out PR for a number of companies and agencies. I have developed viable editorial forThe Youth Justice Board and the Training and Development Agency and also created and delivered a successful two-day media training seminar for charities. A key part of this is putting clients up against a reporter in a real interview situation, which is a particularly useful tool in crisis management. I have written releases for clients as diverse as the Eden Project, life coach Suzy Greaves, the National Army Museum, The Sunday Times website and ISAGI manufacturing company.

Working as the communications officer at Plymouth Community Homes, I handled local and national media coverage of the city’s £170m regeneration project, both positive/ issue-based press and damage limitation. As communications officer for Falmouth University, I increased media coverage for the university across all media.
